To prep for your cleaning, it can be helpful to pick up belongings off the floor. This isn’t necessary but it can help speed things along. Other than that, there is no need to clean before your Clean Team arrives. Here are a few things you can do to ensure your cleaner hits all the right spots: Tidy up clutter or scattered toys so the time spent on the cleaning you want rather on pickup. Washing and putting away your dirty dishes will make it much easier for your pro to clean your sink and the surrounding areas. Have your trash and/or recycle bins easily labeled so cleaners can easily identify them. Place valuables and important paperwork in a secure place if it makes you more comfortable. Remove personal items to ensures they aren’t moved somewhere you might lose/want them. That’s about it! Your cleaner will take care of the rest.

You’ll never need to provide your own cleaning products unless you’d like to. We bring all products, equipment, and materials needed to disinfect your home. If there is a special product you would like your cleaner to use, make sure you provide them with it at the start of cleaning along with instructions.

This is the most asked question we receive, and the answer is: Absolutely. Make sure to select the "Pets" button at checkout. We are a pet friendly cleaning company. As a pet owners ourself, we know there's always a little extra to clean on account of your best buddy. Hair, slobber marks or maybe even some mud tracked-in from the yard. Your fur babies are safe with us! If your animal is less-than-friendly or easily upset, secure them in another room during your appointment. Also, our house cleaners use the most environmentally-friendly products available, so there’s no risk to your pet’s health.

This preference is yours! Busy people have busy schedules and we are more than happy to accommodate that. In fact, many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. If you are away during your scheduled cleaning, please be sure to provide accurate instructions, location of key, doorman information, or other options for entering your home safely and securely in your absence. This will help ensure we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time. If you’d prefer to be home when your crew arrives, this is no problem at all. You’re welcome to stay in your home while the Clean Team Pro cleaning crew does their work. Please keep in mind, if your cleaning crew is not able to enter your home during their scheduled service, there may be a cancellation fee associated.
